About Jacquie Elcox
Treasure Valley Hearing is an AudigyCertified™ hearing center and is staffed by professionals who are among the country's most experienced hearing care providers. Their expertise is measured by their commitment to patient satisfaction, continuing education, and the application of current technologies.
AudigyCertified™ professionals have demonstrated their ability to successfully map individual hearing requirements to complex product and technology choices in a simple, user-friendly, and efficient manner. These professionals understand that "value" is not measured by price alone. Rather, value is about how well they meet your expectations for service—how well they translate their knowledge into customized hearing solutions and the quality of the experience they offer to you.
Experienced Professionals
AudigyCertified™ professionals are carefully selected based on the quality of care they deliver and their proven ability to provide the highest level of personal interaction and satisfaction. AGX technology is available only to practitioners who are committed to providing a customized solution to every patient and maintaining the highest professional standards.
Expert Advice
Patients can trust the professional judgment of AudigyCertified™ professionals. through years of hearing care practice, they've evaluated technology from virtually every manufacturer and assessed the full range of tests and procedures in use today. In fact, many AudigyCertified™ professionals have contributed directly to the development of those systems and have pioneered those tests and procedures.
Extraordinary Technology
AGX technology has been developed with the goal of giving every AudigyCertified™ professional the right tools so that they can translate their expertise into better hearing for patients as effectively as possible. AudigyCertified™ professionals play an active role in the development of AGX technology. By bringing the research and development process directly to the hearing professional who interacts with the patient on a daily basis, we ensure that our technologies are always on the cutting edge and bring maximum benefit to the patient.
Excellant Service
Every AudigyCertified™ professional understands that patients don't want a hearing system. What they really want is to hear better with as little effort as possible, and the security of knowing that the professional stands behind his or her expertise and technology. That's why AGX technology brings together the product and service features practitioners need to make this happen. A customer trial period, an extended warranty program, and loss and damage insurance help protect the investment that the patient and provider have made together in their partnership for better hearing.

About Jacquie Elcox, BC-HIS, CEO
An immigrant to America in 1971, Jacquie was raised predominately in Boise. While studying Speech and Hearing Pathology at Northwest Nazarene College, she was presented with an opportunity to start Treasure Valley Hearing & Balance Clinic. An entrepreneur at heart, she jumped at this opportunity.
Early on, she manufactured her own brand of hearing aids and over the next 17 years, built the practice to include two more locations as well as multiple service centers throughout Treasure Valley.
Since Treasure Valley Hearing and Balance has experienced such growth over the years, Jacquie spends most of her time in business management activities. However, many of her patients have come to rely specifically on her and she reserves appointment time for them and their referrals. She enjoys playing golf, traveling, working in her garden and spending time with her family.

Testimonials
Hearing aids are not “one-size-fits-all” products, and Treasure Valley Hearing and Balance Clinic understands that. In fact, their real work begins after you go home with the product. Thorough and customer focused, they take the time to follow up and make sure that the product I have works well for me. Vaughn Killeen Former Ada County Sheriff |
Music is an important part of my life. I have my iPod on when I work out, when I’m studying—almost all the time. iPod plugs make my music sound better. They’re comfortable to wear and they don’t fall out like my old plugs did. And when I’m studying, people around can’t hear my music. Christie Cash Full-time Student |
Hearing aids have made an enormous difference in my life. Thanks to Jacquie and her team, I can hear my grandchildren. Karen Johnson |
My dad had been a patient of Treasure Valley Hearing and Balance Center, so when I needed to get help with my own hearing, there was only one place I wanted to go. Their service is terrific—whether you have a problem with your hearing aids or you just think you have a problem, they’re always happy to get you in and taken care of. Dana Ross Sr. Deputy Ada County Sherriff's Dept. |
Twenty-three years in the military and nearly thirty years as an auctioneer did some damage to my hearing. When I went to Treasure Valley Hearing and Balance Center, I knew right away that they cared about me and my hearing. Through the process of getting tested and fitted for hearing aids, they demonstrated integrity and loyalty. Being an auctioneer, I spent a lot of time working with a PA system. Finding a hearing aid suitable for this type of work was a challenge, but they worked diligently until they found a solution that worked! Because of their loyalty to me, I have recommended dozens of acquaintances to Jacquie and her team. Bill Downs Administer, First Church of the Nazarene, Nampa |
I’ll admit it—I didn’t want hearing aids because of the way they I thought they’d look! Jacquie finally got me to come in, and she showed me all of the contemporary, discreet styles available. I took home my first pair about ten years ago, and I’ve been wearing them ever since! I can’t believe how well they’ve been able to keep up with me—between my day job that involves a lot of meetings and phone calls, and my favorite pastimes of golf and riding my Harley. They’re so comfortable that I even forget I have them on! Julia Townsend Regional Supervisor Prudential Carruthers |
